I’m a Registered Midwife, Nurse and Body Worker.

I became a Midwife to help educate and support women in understanding and trusting their bodies. Women’s bodies and their capabilities will never cease to leave me in awe of our strength and power.

I started IPRW with Fiona Hallinan and have found a whole new understanding and respect for the pelvic space.

Personally, I grew up in Geelong, have lived and worked up and down the east coast of Australia, and have now settled back in Melbourne where I have found my grounding in my beautiful family and our home.

IPRW identifies tensions within the pelvis, looking to offer release through direct touch.

The female body carries pregnancies, loses, traumas and memories that impact every aspect of our lives, mentally, emotionally and physically. The pelvis specifically can hold these tensions, intentionally or unintentionally. IPRW is for everyone, planning pregnancies, currently pregnant, recovering and healing from birth or just holding concerns and curiosities

2 hour sessions offered from Clyde North & Clifton Hill.

Moxibustion is a Chinese Medicine approach to encourage breech babies to turn head down. If you are looking for options other than ECV (External cephalic version), Moxi burning can commence from 34 weeks onwards. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, moxa has a tonifying and warming effect which promotes movement and activity. This warming and raising effect encourage the baby to become more active and lift its bottom up in order to gain adequate momentum to summersault into the head down position.

Labour and Birth preparation kit designed and home made by midwives for women.

Scar release is for women who are having pain, restriction or altered sensation towards scars. These scars could be caesarean, laparoscopy, hysterectomy. Scars can hold congestion in the skin, muscle and fascia. Scar release aims at offering movement, blood flow and reoxygenation to tissue that's held trauma from surgery.

$100 for an hour session.

ElleTen TENs is a drug free pain relief option for labour, birth and postpartum. By placing electrodes on the lower back and sacrum, stimulation to the spinal cord, blocks the pain pathway from the brain. Features a boost button to be used during contractions to help distract the brain.

When used in preparation for labour, early labour and continued into active labour, has been proven to provide long last pain relief without interventions.
